I just spent the day at the Food & Wine Festival at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. I have to say — it was incredible! From the moment I stepped into the park, mouthwatering aromas greeted me. There was live music. The vibrant atmosphere turned a regular day into a foodie’s dream.
Let’s start with the food. Venison sliders were packed with bold, savory flavor. The mango cheesecake was perfectly creamy and refreshing. Every bite was better than the last. The park is filled with global tasting stations. You can try delicious small plates inspired by cuisines from around the world. All this can be enjoyed while taking in Busch Gardens’ beautiful scenery and thrilling rides.
The festival runs every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from March 7th through May 16th. Trust me, it’s worth planning a visit around. One of the best deals is the Food & Wine Festival Sampler Lanyard, which gives you 15 tastings (yes, you read that right!) that can be used on food, beer, wine, cocktails (for guests 21+), and even bottled water and soda. It’s a great way to explore the event. You don’t need to worry about pulling out your wallet every time you want to try something new.
This event is special because of its unique flavors and great entertainment. There’s also the thrill of Busch Gardens itself. Whether you’re a roller coaster fanatic, there’s something for everyone. If you prefer a slower pace, enjoy the animal habitats and gardens. During the festival, you can catch live concerts on select dates. These concerts feature a fun mix of musical genres.
